Cheminert provides a variety of epoxy flooring options for superior protection against chemical exposure in industrial environments. The flooring systems use a specially-formulated epoxy resin incorporating chemical-resistant aggregates for added protection not found in conventional epoxy systems.

Offering high flexibility, Cheminert comes in a variety of flooring options to suit your environment and project requirements, including conductive flooring, high-density applications, and self-leveling systems. We also provide Cheminert decorative flooring using mosaic terrazzo and quartz to create attractive, designed finishes. Cheminert can be applied over concrete and other substrates depending on the system.

Cheminert CFS

Self-leveling flowable grade for light-medium industrial traffic

Cheminert Epoxy Terrazzo

Thin-set epoxy terrazzo flooring system, which incorporates marble chip or other aggregates.

Thin section, light weight.
Monolithic.

Cheminert SC Membrane

A 100% solid, specially modified flexiblized epoxy material, that is designed to be applied under various floor and wall surfaces as a waterproofing, fluid proofing or crack isolation membrane.

Forms a monolithic, tightly adhering, molded membrane across floors and up bases, etc.
Thin section – no depression of slab required.
Flexible, even at low temperature vs. most epoxies.
Flexible filler for cracks and joints.
Properly reinforced with fiberglass fabric or scrim, it suppresses or limits reflective-cracking in Dex-O-Tex systems placed over dynamic cracks and joints that move from thermal or seismic loads.
Can be applied over new and existing surfaces.

Cheminert HD

A high density, fluid applied, seamless flooring system. Resistant to a wide range of acids, alkalis, solvents and food byproducts.

Monolithic: Can incorporate integral cove base.
Resistant to many chemicals. (see Chemical Resistance Charts)
Produces a rapidly installed seamless floor at moderate cost. A Cheminert HD installation may be placed in service within 24 hours in cases where preparation work is minimal.

Cheminert K

A troweled seamless industrial flooring system comprised of a specially formulated two-component epoxy resin formulation incorporating suitable chemical resistant aggregates. It can incorporate an integral sanitary coved base. Cheminert K is resistant, to a wide range of acids, bases, solvents, oils and food fats.

Monolithic: Can incorporate integral cove base.
Chemical Resistance (see Chemical Resistance Chart).
Produces a rapidly installed seamless floor at moderate cost. It installation may be placed in service within 24 hours in cases where preparation work is minimal.
Low temperature stability; withstands cracking, peeling and delamination under typical commercial freezer conditions (up to -10°F).
