Superior Strength and Protection

At Dex-O-Tex, we offer both polyurethane (Aero-Flor, High Performance Topcoat) and polyuria (Quik-Glaze) coating products. Both coating systems provide maximum protection against the effects of moisture, chemicals, abrasion, corrosion, and daily wear. Their resistance to chemicals makes them an ideal solution for food processing facilities which are exposed to acids like milk and dairy products. They are also suitable for car parks, warehouses, and high traffic industrial facilities.

In some cases, polyurethane’s sensitivity to humidity and temperatures below 32ºF can result in blisters underneath the coating. Problems like these paved the way for polyurea coatings which are specifically formulated to withstand harsher environments. Unlike polyurethanes, polyureas perform well even in extremely low temperatures (-20ºF) during application while maintaining its resistance to fluids and abrasion.

Abrasion Resistance and Gloss Retention

Dex-O-Tex’s line of polyaspartic and urethane floor coating systems offers more than superior protection and durability. Our aliphatic polyester urethane formula makes your flooring resistant to abrasions, staining, chemical exposure, and sun’s UV rays. As such, they are suitable for both interior and exterior applications. Our formula also helps flooring materials retain their gloss and shine for a long time.

Low to No VOC Content

Dedicated to offering eco-friendly products, we ensure little to no VOC content in our coating systems. Expect low odor during application and cure.
